Generally, our consulting services starts with a gap analysis which presents a snap shot of the organization’s status quo as well as gaps between the requirements and the current system. We then develop a management system which includes manual, procedures and other required documentation suitable for your organization to ensure conformity to the required standard. Throughout the implementation program we provide ongoing mentoring of your key employees and walk them through the new system. We will also play a liaison role to find a registrar for certification purposes.
